Finding the right home is a big decision. Making the right house builder stand out can be just as challenging. Dandara needed a campaign that could cut through a crowded market, connect with buyers and turn interest into action.
Solution
We dug into the market, analysed customer behaviour and looked at what competitors were saying. One thing quickly became clear: people aren’t just buying a house. They’re looking for a home that feels right.
Building on Dandara’s existing “It just feels right” positioning, we developed the idea of Dandara being the housebuilder that gets things “just right”. Not too much. Not too little. Just right.
From there, we created the campaign line, “You’ll Feel Right At Home”, and built an entire campaign around real-life moments, relatable storytelling and a warmer, more human approach.
To bring it to life, we used an AI-led production process to create films, imagery and campaign assets tailored to different audiences and locations. The result was a flexible campaign that could work nationally while still feeling relevant locally, helping Dandara stand out in a crowded market and connect with buyers on a more emotional level.
