Problem
Duckhams – an iconic oil brand and motorsport sponsor wanted to return to the grid after decades away. Duckhams wanted to reignite the brand by partnering with a team at the forefront of the Porsche Carerra Cup GB Series. This strategy exposed Duckhams to a new generation of motorsport fans whilst also supporting upcoming driving talent.
Solution
The challenge was to restore Duckhams back to its former glory. This began with the Duckhams oil droplet as featured in campaigns in a bygone eras. The droplet was inspiration for the race car livery, which in turn rolled-out to the rest of the brand and various applications.
A multi-channel activity was devised to place the brand front of mind for a new generation of motorsport fans. The applications ranged from a bold, impactful livery on track to a cohesive social media campaign and all team collateral inbetween. This created a robust, dynamic and visually striking racing brand ready for glory.
